Send the request form with your town, property type and what you need cleaned. It is open 24/7.
Do I need to be home?
Many clients leave keys or arrange building entry; others prefer to be home. Agree access, keys and alarm codes in writing before the visit.
What about bond cleans?
Agree the standard against the outgoing condition report before work starts. A cleaner documents the work; they do not decide your bond refund.
Are prices listed?
No. Estimates follow an on-site assessment.
